Christopher Thomas is an interdisciplinary visual artist from North Carolina. He received a BFA from the School of the Art institute of Chicago in 2009. Later on, he co-produced several commercial and viral shorts with filmmaker Casey Neistat in New York City, while working for the Buckminster Fuller Institute. He then spent two years teaching music production for at-risk high school students with the Arts & Science Council of Mecklenburg County. Chris received an MFA in experimental & documentary arts at Duke University in 2016. He is currently teaching in the Department of Digital Film, Broadcast & Communications at Central Piedmont Community College and is a member of the Goodyear Arts collective in Charlotte, NC
